It Started With Sourdough...
Marisa (M) has always been interested in sourdough yet had not “taken the plunge” until October of 2023, when she read a post on Scotts Valley Moms Facebook group by Heather Rodriguez (name used with permission). Heather offered a class called “Sourdough Bootcamp,” in which she provides you with some dry starter, a mason jar, instructions and weekly live classes. A passion was born. From there M started with bread and then took a chance with bagels. This is where our company began. A picture of our bagels started a frenzy! Friends offered to buy them and as they say, the rest is history.

Our bagels are made at our Commercial Kitchen in Santa Cruz and are available via pickup, at events, pop-ups, and markets. Follow our Social Media to be in the know! Our bagels are boiled, then baked to completion with the freshest hand-baked sourdough. Our current bagel selection includes plain, salt, onion, poppy, sesame, everything, parmesan, jalapeño cheddar, cinnamon raisin and cinnamon sugar, in both regular and mini bagel sizes. Plus, we offer hand-made schmears in the following flavors: plain, garlic herb, sundried tomato, jalapeño, and lox. Because all of our products are hand made, this menu is subject to change.
